Meet Randall Krongard
Randall Krongard’s journey started with a chalkboard and a stage — working as a middle school teacher and an actor. But long before that, he was a kid running through open fields, breathing in the scent of cut grass, dreaming of action movies, and feeling a pull toward something deeper: the quiet power of presence.
Born into a family of discipline and artistry — with military roots on one side and a photographer’s eye on the other — Randall grew up at the intersection of movement and meaning. He’s always lived between worlds: structure and creativity, strength and softness, stillness and fire.
After becoming a father, and later walking through the fire of divorce, Randall found himself at a crossroads. He realized he had been living life from a place of ego and rigidity — performing strength instead of embodying it. That was the beginning of The OkamiVerse: not just a movie or a method, but a new way of being. Through cold plunging, breathwork, functional movement, and radical self-honesty, Randall carved a new path — one that wasn’t about fixing, forcing, or faking it, but about returning. Returning to breath. To simplicity. To truth.
“I’m not here as a guru. I’m walking this path too. And if The Okami Way speaks through me, it’s because I’ve lived it.”
Certified in the Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage, and trained through Unbeatable Mind, Randall brings science-backed tools to ancient wisdom — blending mental toughness with deep presence and emotional clarity.
Today, Randall is on a mission to show that health and happiness don’t have to be complicated or punishing. As the creator of The OkamiVerse and The Action Hero System, he helps others reconnect with their power — without the overwhelm, pressure, or judgment.
He believes in self-exploration over self-validation, in strength without the ego, and in the power of doing one simple thing each day to reconnect with your body and your truth. Whether through film, teaching, retreats, or breath, Randall invites others to remember what they already are: strong, capable, grounded — and already enough.

The Okami Philosophy
Get comfortable with the uncomfortable. That’s where your strength has been sleeping
The Okami Philosophy is a return — not to tradition, but to truth. Inspired by Ōkami, the Japanese Shinto goddess of ice, and shaped by the raw, undeniable lessons of nature, this path is about awakening what modern life has numbed: your breath, your body, your presence
We live in a world of shortcuts and comfort zones, where our deepest power often lies buried beneath convenience, distraction, and performance. The OkamiVerse is here to break that trance.
Through cold exposure, conscious breath, functional movement, and cinematic storytelling, this philosophy guides you to:
- Build resilience — not through punishment, but through presence
- Find freedom — not from the world, but within it
- Live with grounded intensity — rooted in nature, driven by truth
This isn’t about self-improvement. This is about self-remembrance.
It’s not about becoming someone else. It’s about finally becoming yourself — clear, connected, and fully alive
Be your own action hero.
Not because the world needs saving.
But because your story deserves to be written by you.
