Randall Krongard’s journey started with a chalkboard and a stage — working as a middle school teacher and an actor. But long before that, he was a kid running through open fields, breathing in the scent of cut grass, dreaming of action movies, and feeling a pull toward something deeper: the quiet power of presence.


Born into a family of discipline and artistry — with military roots on one side and a photographer’s eye on the other — Randall grew up at the intersection of movement and meaning. He’s always lived between worlds: structure and creativity, strength and softness, stillness and fire.


After becoming a father, and later walking through the fire of divorce, Randall found himself at a crossroads. He realized he had been living life from a place of ego and rigidity — performing strength instead of embodying it. That was the beginning of The OkamiVerse: not just a movie or a method, but a new way of being. Through cold plunging, breathwork, functional movement, and radical self-honesty, Randall carved a new path — one that wasn’t about fixing, forcing, or faking it, but about returning. Returning to breath. To simplicity. To truth.
